The son seems so happy in his understanding of the love between his father and his mother.

ambivalent. Nice seed and how special the son was raised with love as pure as this. Love should always be know like this. There is another story from a Socal tribal reservation that I personally know. A doctor goes to the res and falls in love with a nurse there, they marry and they then travel around the world working for years helping people in poor countries. When they get older they move back to the res as she is tribal and finish their careers there. He just passed away last year in his eighties. They were two of the most special people I have ever met. Not only the love they had for each other but the love for people throughout the world. The doctor and the nurse... really what a special couple.

What do politics have to do with a beautiful story like this? My guess: You never bothered to read the article. Shame on you!

So sweet. And his dad was right about the two things God can never stop doing.

    Truly fabulous!

On a side note, glad to have read the article before throwing out a mix of snide ass-hattery unyielding judgment based on the title alone.

It's a lovely story, even if the title does turn it into a bit of a shaggy dog tale.
